What is a Formosi Voucher:

This voucher is akin to a special ticket for professionals, like a hairstylist in your salon. Formosi assists beauty and wellness pros in acquiring new customers and teaches the pros customer retention strategies. Formosi sales agents primarily promote these vouchers by word of mouth to people near your business, ensuring we attract local clientele. As part of this process, we'll require your assistance at the front desk to ensure a seamless experience when customers visit your salon.

When A Formosi Customer calls:

Working the front desk at a location taking Formosi clients can be both exciting and challenging. You’ll handle plenty of phone calls from new customers who might question their Formosi deal or need extra clarification on how to use their Exclusive Voucher. As the front desk receptionist and scheduling guru, your calm, patient, and pleasant demeanor is crucial to ensuring Formosi customers fully enjoy your location. Additionally, your location has received its own copy of the Exclusive Voucher, allowing you to familiarize yourself with the services and bonuses offered.Please review the sample script for optional questions you can ask Formosi customers to help assess their needs before they arrive at your establishment.

Customer: I have a Formosi voucher.

Front Desk: Fantastic! Congratulations on snagging one of our exclusive vouchers. Let’s get you booked! Who is the stylist on your voucher?
(Note: It can be either of these three: Katerina / Nicole / Anna)

Front Desk: Great, we’re happy to have you! Can I get your first and last name, phone number?

Front Desk: Thank you [customer name], which service would you like to book first?

Front Desk: Wonderful, Our next availability is on [Day] I have 10am or 2pm what works better for you?

Front Desk: Your all set! Remember to bring your Formosi Voucher with you. Have a wonderful day!

Formosi FAQ's

Can I use both service in one visit?

Answer: No, each visit needs to be used separately

How long is the voucher good for?

Answer: Formosi vouchers have a six month expirations date. Technically, in California, no gift certificates can expire. However, the value of certificate can expire. e.g. the customer pays $85 for the voucher and there are two locations listed in the voucher. That would mean each location be responsible for $42.50 towards any service once the voucher promotional value has expired.

Of course, at the end of the day, this is technically a new customer, and if the customer voucher has gone over the date, we would recommend scheduling the customer and get them into your business.
